New job: Jennifer announced Wednesday in an Instagram post that she was joining the wellness brand Vital Proteins as its Chief Creative Officer

Jennifer took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal her exciting new role as the Chief Creative Officer for Vital Proteins, a popular wellness brand. In an interview with People, she emphasized the importance of good nutrition and the right supplements for maintaining inner strength. One such supplement is collagen, a protein that naturally exists in the body’s bones, skin, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. By incorporating collagen supplements into your diet, you may experience benefits such as increased muscle mass and improved skin elasticity. Jennifer’s personal trainer, Leyon Azubuike, previously shared his advice for the actress, which included emphasizing the consumption of healthy fats.

“I have a strong affinity for avocados, coconut oil, salmon, and fish oil. These fats are incredibly beneficial for the body,” he enthusiastically expressed to Women’s Health. “To assist with muscle development, I personally adhere to a diet consisting of 1.7 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of protein per kilogram of my weight.”

During an interview with Elle in 2016, the beloved Morning Show actress openly admitted that pasta was her ultimate guilty pleasure when it came to straying from her regular eating regimen.

“Pasta has become my new indulgence,” she confessed, emphasizing her fondness for carbonara.

“I’ve even taken the time to learn how to prepare it myself,” she proudly announced. “And surprisingly, it’s not as unhealthy as one might assume! The recipe simply calls for an egg, parmesan cheese, and a small amount of pasta water. Plus, we substitute turkey bacon for its traditional counterpart, so it’s a healthier option, you know.”

Big fan: 'Years ago I started using Vital Proteins regularly... so when the opportunity presented itself to be a part of the brand in a bigger way, I jumped on it,' she wrote

Huge admirer: ‘Many moons ago, I began incorporating Vital Proteins into my daily routine… thus, when the chance arose to become more deeply involved with the brand, I eagerly seized it,’ she expressed.
